Zomo came from the acronym ZOMO (Zmotoryzowane Odwody Milicji Obywatelskiej) which is a paramilitary-police formations during the Communist Era, in the People's Republic of Poland.  
tano came from "tano mu" (たの む) which means "to entrust" or "to rely" in Japanese.
Hanna was inspired by and based on Creighton The Wanderer from Dark Souls.
she's also might be a reference to Sister Friede.
